I haven't been terribly impressed by jazz apples. I think last time I bought honeycrisp it wasn't the best part of the season because I wasn't really blown away, but I felt adventurous yesterday and boy am I glad. I just wish I bought more...
Also, that feels like such an old person thing to say. I felt adventurous so I bought a different sort of apple.

Hey at triple the price it's understandable to need to feel adventurous. I like the bigger jazz apples. The little ones they sell cheaper don't taste as good.

absolutely.
They also bred the Honeycrisp with a Zestar (another apple they made) to create the SweeTango, which is amazing. They are apple geniuses.
